Whether you are an individual, a school group, looking for a corporate team-building activity, or a way to give back, there are many opportunities to get involved at Fare Share such as:

  • Sorting and organizing food donations
  • Food pickup (weekly)
  • Order picking: preparing the weekly food orders
  • Bulk food processing: re-packaging bulk food items like beans and rice
  • Fundraising
  • Administrative work: data entry, mail preparation
  • Support: answering telephones, greeting and more
  • Holiday support

Other volunteer jobs might involve helping out with administrative tasks, like preparing large mailings, conducting surveys, and preparing materials for special events.

Most volunteer opportunities are available during our regular pick-up hours, which you can viewed here.

People who are interested in volunteering please fill out the Volunteer registration form below. Volunteer shifts are scheduled in advance. You may also Download Form, filling in and emailing as attachment.
